Online booking deposits for PayVerse-supported products are authorized in USD. For unsupported products, confirm the payment currency with the merchant.

Before payment, we show the total product price, the booking deposit due now, the balance payable to the merchant, and the applied exchange rate. The PayVerse authorization amount is fixed in USD and does not change with later exchange-rate movements.

To cancel or change a booking, use the in-service procedure or contact Customer Support. A PayVerse deposit refund follows the terms shown at checkout; for an unsupported product paid directly to a merchant, the merchant's confirmed terms apply.

Submit a refund request through the service or Customer Support. PayVerse payments are refunded under the applicable cancellation and refund policy, generally to the original payment method. For unsupported products paid directly to a merchant, the merchant's confirmed terms apply.

After a refund request is accepted, it is complete when PayVerse confirms a successful refund. The time for the credit to appear on the original payment method depends on the card issuer or payment provider.

A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. Check the booking status or merchant notification after the merchant accepts it, and follow the merchant's instructions if a ticket or voucher is required.
