    Cancellation and refund policy

    This summary explains the refund of the full payment collected by Pglemaps for a SIM/eSIM booking.

    The common refund schedule applies before activation. You pay 100% of the coupon-adjusted total now and owe the merchant no additional product balance. No refund is available after activation.

    SIM/eSIM Full-Payment, Cancellation and Refund Terms

    These special terms apply only to Pglemaps SIM/eSIM products. They prevail over any conflicting deposit wording in the general payment and refund terms.

    1. Full payment

    • At booking, the customer pays 100% of the product total after any coupon discount through the Pglemaps checkout.
    • Once approved, the additional product balance payable to the merchant for that booking is zero. The merchant must not charge the same product price again.
    • The merchant shown at checkout remains the seller and is responsible for fulfilment. Pglemaps provides the marketplace and payment/refund processing flow.
    • The checkout shows the payment currency, approved amount, KRW reference amount and applied exchange rate. Later exchange-rate movement does not change an approved charge.

    2. Cancellation and refund

    The percentages below apply to the full amount actually charged, not to a partial booking deposit. Tiers use calendar days between the cancellation date and planned start date in Korea Standard Time (KST).

    • No refund is available after the SIM/eSIM has been activated, regardless of use or remaining data.
    • If merchant or Pglemaps fault, duplicate charging, non-delivery, or a payment error is confirmed, 100% of the approved charge is refunded.
    • Refunds go to the original payment method; posting time depends on the card issuer and payment provider.

    Before payment, the customer must confirm the product, usage period, coupon-adjusted total, full amount charged now, refund schedule, and post-activation restriction. If the amount or coupon terms change, the prior consent expires and the changed amount must be accepted again.
