Pglemaps is a free travel planner and booking platform built for travelers visiting Korea. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using Pglemaps, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized access, contact us immediately at Pglemaps@gmail.com.

Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Prices include taxes unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods and currencies are listed at checkout.

You're responsible for ensuring the booking details you provide (date, number of travelers, etc.) are correct before completing checkout.

Cancellation policies vary by tour, experience, or stay. Refund windows and conditions are shown clearly on each booking page before payment.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement.

By posting reviews, photos, or other content on Pglemaps, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our services.

You're responsible for what you post. Content that is illegal, abusive, or violates others' rights may be removed without notice.

All content on Pglemaps — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Pglemaps Inc. or our partners. You may not copy, modify, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details on what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Pglemaps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.

Pglemaps acts as a platform connecting travelers with tour operators, accommodations, and other providers. We are not responsible for issues caused directly by third-party providers, including cancellations, quality of service, or accidents during tours.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Pglemaps after changes means you accept the new Terms.
